Following the nationalist-populist tsunami Western democracies are still in danger. Many issues need to be addressed, a lot of problems have to be solved before liberal-democracy can regain the territory lost. Above all there is an urgent necessity to renovate its institutions, its way to make politics, and its approach to people.
