The regimes share more than anti-Americanism. They have helped each other evade sanctions, facilitate money laundering and plot a criminal axis. If Washington does not take its eye off the ball, and if Iran were eventually to lose Venezuela, the blow to the regime in Tehran would be even more significant than the setback China and Russia will suffer.
