Rocco Cangelosi, full ambassador was the personal representative of Minister Frattini for the negotiation of the EU Constitutional Treaty. Permanent Representative to the EU, as Frattini was vice president of the Commssion then Diplomatic Advisor to the President of the Italian Republic, Giorgio Napolitano. Currently he’s President Emeritus of the Section in the Italian Council of State
