A growing population, 65% of the world’s arable land, vast resources of critical minerals, not to mention other commodities from diamonds to cocoa, make Africa an attractive destination for international investments. As the continent has until now received only 3.5% of global foreign direct flow, Italy’s wise endeavor is facilitating the expansion into this market.
