The inactivity of the construction sector since the 1990s, an endless block to reasoned public debate, the inability to negotiate at the European summit, bad financial planning and an upcoming recession. Italy, the second largest manufacturing nation in Europe risks collapsing. A real cultural revolution is needed to overcome this impasse.
