No one can forecast when or how the Libyan chaos can be bridled or whether Haftar’s tentative coup will overcome the stalemate or provoke an overall conflict. Whoever will pick-up the pieces of this ruined country, will have to address Libya’s massive security needs and jolt it out of its deep sorrow. And an exclusively military solution is not enough.
