Hopes, fantasies and the hard fight

Civil war in Libya morphed into a proxy war. Past colonial powers and other powerful foreign players are entangled in the internal conflict between the armed factions and have contrasting options for this divided country. All the side supporters need a diplomatic solution, rather than a military one. But all tentatives to implement this option have failed, increasing violence.
