High speed rail, ports, airports, logistic hubs and their European interconnection are redesigned for securing access to Africa, Asia and Western Balkans, funding infrastructure projects across the developing world and rolling back the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative. The biggest obstacle could be the cost of implementing this giant plan.
