Belarus once called White Russia ( no connection to the cocktail ) is known for its potatoes, tractors, and for being one of the poorest countries in Europe by total wealth. It is also infamous for being the last country in Europe run by a dictator and its debatable human rights. It does however have the lowest unemployment rate in Europe.
