Culture, quality of life, sustainability, intermodality and listening to stakeholders are the key drivers of the urban regeneration projects carried out by the companies of FS Italiane’s Urban Business Unit to shape human-scale cities. To achieve this goal, a governance taking into account citizens’ ideas and needs is mandatory.
