Prisoner of its own magnitude, China remains a capitalism of mobilization. Policy sets the direction, credit sustains it, firms accelerate, and when supply exceeds domestic absorption, the world becomes the natural outlet. It does not export only goods but the excess of a model that can no longer find balance within its own borders. So, the very question is : how dangerous will China’s power become?
